Our Greatest Ally...Almighty God

“If God be for us, who can be against us?”~ Rom. 8:31

If God is for us, it matters not who may be against us. On the other hand, if God is against us, it matters little who is for us. God is our greatest Ally.

Nothing else counts. When He is for us, we need not count heads in the opposing ranks. As old Bob Jones Sr. said, “You and God make the majority in any situation.”

David had the assurance Paul speaks of in our text. No wonder the shepherd boy of Israel could face lions, bears, and giants. He tells us in one of his Psalms, “This I know, for the Lord is with me.” 

God is Not the Minority. “God is the Supreme, Eternal Majority. He can out-wit, out-vote, out-fight, out-think, out-maneuver, out-last, out-run, any and all from eternity to eternity. He has the last say and deciding vote in every situation. He is the Eternal Majority of One.”

“The Lord is on my side; I will not fear; What can man do unto me? The Lord taketh my part with them that help me.” (Psl. 118:6-7)
