My Beloved Brother,

So good to hear from you. Good news from a far country. It was an encouragement.

I am nearing 90 and have recently moved in with my son and daughter-in-law. Have several health conditions. Hard to get around. Now lean on Jacob's Staff (my cane).

My mind is not clear on our meeting and relationship, please forgive me. Help me remember, please.

May God's good hand rest upon you.

Love in the Lovely Lamb,

An Old Disciple

Dear brother Sandlin

We met during your time in Limavady, Co Londonderry (NI) around 1985/6.

A plumber called to repair something in your home, his name was Kenny Greer. That evening he told his wife about the ‘American missionary family’ whom he had met that day. I worked in a bank with Kenny’s wife Cindy & we were all friends.

One evening we attended your meeting in Limavady. After that, you conducted house meetings in Kenny & Cindy’s home in Gilford, Co Down.

I have fond memories of those days, along with Mrs Sandlin, young Josh & Charity. We also had a visit from your eldest son Andy.

Maybe this will jog your memory!

May the Lord continue to keep His hand upon you.

Regards Alan

Was also saddened to learn Mrs Sandlin left you for another man…’to be with Christ; which is far better’ Must say I have been really enjoying your posts…keep them coming! Regards to all the family Alan Carson (Northern Ireland)
