I'm in the Need of Prayer!

For the last couple of weeks I have been very weak and hardly able to walk or stand at times; fainting spells come and go. I turn 90 next year and realize it won’t be a lot longer, according to life. Please pray for me to have grace to bear up and peace within, till the end.

I do not want to go to the ER, there is not much they can do. I think it may be my heart. As many know, I had a heart attack nine years ago, this October 18th. I had five by-passes. I understand the veins they stripped from my legs to help the heart are to last but for a few years.

I do not know if I can say with Paul, “Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you”; but I do know I’m ready for either!

It is 11:35 p.m. here, so whenever you receive this please pray; I’ll keep you posted. You need not respond, just pray, please.

If God does see fit to spare me it will be because of your prayers. “…for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.”
