THE POOR WISE MAN (Please read Ecc. 9:14-18) I cannot remember a time in my life, from my earliest childhood to (now) my old age, when I was not fascinated by those who possessed a unique kind of wisdom. I observed a great deal of the time, not always, it was found living in soiled overalls or a cheap gingham dress: nonentities, if you please. As to great men, the Scriptures tell us they are not always wise; the greatness, I think, referring more to position than to intellect.
It might sound unusual for some, but the book of Ecclesiastes was the actual book used by God, in His Providence, to propel my conversion. Through this profound wisdom book, God dismissed all my inquiries and humbled my heart to say, "This God is true." This post brought back the sweet memory of encountering with my Savior.

Dear One,
Glad it was a blessing.
Yes, the man under the sun, found the Man above the sun.
Thanks for writing.
